Following the practical experience of MSD on implementing, Social Accountability for Better Primary Health Service Delivery (FP/ RMNCH), Addressing the RH needs of Gondar, Bahirdar, Debre tabor and Debre Markos University Students, Strengthening D/Markos University Capacity to Sustainably Address Students’ SRHR, scaling up Optimal Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF) Practice through Communication and Social Mobilization and Extending and Expanding Simein Mountains Mobile Medical Service.
This project is going to be implemented at 57 kebeles in 4 weredas (West Dembia, Takusa, Alefa, Chilga) of West Amhara Cluster 3 of Amhara Region focusing on life stage packages with primary and secondary audiences like timed house hold visits, conducting discussion among the husbands of pregnant women, moms and dads’ group, adolescent peer group and organizing new baby fair events and malaria prevention activities at Chilga Wereda.
